Wine Tasting : Acrobat -Pinot Gris
Name: Acrobat
•Variety: Pinot Gris
•Region:Oregon
* Country: USA
•Year: 2016
•Price: $14
* Winery Review: A light-gold hue in color, the 2016 Acrobat Pinot Gris shines through with bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal elements on the nose highlight balanced citrus components of lemon and grapefruit. Following the nose are fl avors of fresh lime, lemon zest, and green apple. These mingle on the mid-palate, rounding out a medium bodied mouthfeel with a refreshing, bright finish. Enjoy now until 2026.
* My Review: This was a strong and dry wine but I weirdly liked it. I could taste a hint of citrus in it that somewhat made it bitter. I didn't have it with food but if I did, it would probably be with something bready because it was very strong. It was kind of overpriced but I think it's because of the alcohol content.
Wine Tasting: Risata red moscato
Name: Risata Red Moscato
•Variety: Moscato
•Region:Piedmont
* Country: Italy
•Year: 2016
•Price: $13
* Winery Review: Risata Red Moscato is a sweet red wine with juicy ripe raspberry, strawberry and nectarine flavors. This frizzante wine finishes sweet, yet with balanced acidity and slightly creamy mouth-feel. Enjoy with chocolate, pizza, barbeque or brisket..
* My Review: This was an amazing wine. perfect amount of sweetness for a red wine. It was very juicy and had raspberry tastes. Even though I am not a huge fan of raspberry, the mixture of it in this wine was perfect. The wine was very very smooth and there wasn't too much alcohol in it. I would try this again cold. I didn't have food with this but if I did, it would be with a desert.

Wine Tasting: Franzia- Fruity Red Sangria
Name: Franzia- Fruity Red Sangria
Price: $15
Variety: Sangria
Region: California
Country: USA
Year: 2017
Winery Review:A refreshing red with flavors of citrus fruit and just the right amount of sweetness. Serve chilled over ice. Enjoy with BBQ favorites.
Personal Review: This was a really fruity wine. Sweeter than I expected but still good. I didn't pair this with food but if I did, it would probably be with fruits. For the cheap price and quantity that I got for this wine, I would say that it was a good deal. It isn't as good as other sangrias I've tried before because of the overpowering sweetness. Would definitely recommend.

Wine Tasting: Franzia - Sunset Bush
Name: Franzia - sunset Blush
•Variety: Rose
•Region:California
* Country: USa
•Year: 2017
•Price: $15
* Winery Review: Delicate pink hue with strawberry flavors; easy to drink and very refreshing. Perfect with lighter foods. Serve chilled.
* My Review: This was a light bodied semi-sweet wine for me. It was pretty good for a boxed wine (I do not discriminate). For a rose this was very good. It has a sort of berry taste with it and I really appreciated that. It was a great wine for the price.
Wine Tasting- Color Block: Red Blend
Name: Color Block
•Variety: Red Blend
•Region:Valle Central (central valley)
* Country: Chile
•Year:2017
•Price: $6
* Winery Review: Ripe and dense with blackcurrant and blackberry notes, this is a superb blend of two perfectly matched varieties. The plum and chocolate of the cabernet is balanced by the juicy, soft merlot. For this new vintage wine, the flavor is long and lingering with lovely structure and fine acidity. The wine is drinking well now but will continue to develop favorably under the right conditions for the next 2-3 years.
* My Review: This wine was strong and kind of tasted watered down. I didn't like it much. I didn't have it with food either. It tasted dry to me and didn't really have much of a berry taste. If I paired this with food it would be with lamb or goat meat. However, I definitely wouldn't recommend this.

Tasting - Capriccio Sangria
•Name: Capriccio Bubbly Sangria
•Variety: Sangria
•Region: Florida
•Country: USA
•Year:2017
•Price: $9
* Winery Review: Capriccio Sparkling Sangria is made from an excellent recipe with premium grape wine, real fruit juices (pineapple, orange and grape) and 100% natural fruit flavors such as pomegranate. It has no preservatives, and it is the only Sangria on the market with carbonation. It's bursting with fruits and bubbles! - Influenster
* My Review: Very fruity and strong. The alcohol in this overpowers the taste in my opinion. It had a strong citrus taste. I drank this mainly because of the hype on social media. This wine definitely gets you buzzed because of the high alcohol percentage associated with it. I drank this wine without pairing it with food. If I did pair it with anything, I would pair it with bread because of how strong it was. It was bubbly as well.

Winery Review: SCAVI & RAY offers a completely new take on taste, fusing two very different tastes to create a novel and unique flavour sensation. With its light sweetness, SCAVI & RAY AL CIOCCOLATA also appeals to the customers who normally shy away from wines. A lovely cocoa aroma fills the air as soon as the bottle is opened to stimulate the senses. The red grape cuvée offers a unique bouquet of aromas that combines the fruit of a dry red with the generous chocolate aroma of fine Italian chocolate, making every sip a truly fascinating taste experience. AL CIOCCOLATA tempts the senses and is Italian passion in a glass. SCAVI & RAY AL CIOCCOLATA has a glamorous, unique, and appealing label design, and is a true eye-catcher. - Scavi & Ray
My Review: Amazing wine. Very distinct flavor and sweet. I could actually kind of taste the chocolate and it also smelled like chocolate. If I had this wine with grilled chicken and rice but if I could pair this wine with food again I would try it with red meat. Definitely too sweet to pair it with desert. I loved this wine a lot.

•Name: L'or Brut by Edmond Thery
•Variety: Chardonnay (sparkling wine)
•Region: Cremant de Bourgogne
•Country: France
•Year: 2016
•Price: $23

France – the home of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne – is arguably the world's most important wine-producing country. For centuries, it has produced wine in greater quantity – and of reportedly greater quality – than any other nation. Wine is ingrained in French culture at almost every level of society; it is the drink of both the elite and the common people, and a key symbol in Roman Catholicism, France's majority religion.
* My Review: This was a delightful light sparkling wine with a very pretty bottle. It was dry yet tasty. It wasn't as strong as I would've expected. It was a perfect taste. I didn't have food with it.

Winery review: Moscato is a deliciously sweet and playful wine and it is made even more so when you choose to buy yourself a bottle of Risata Pink Moscato. Risata Pink Moscato is perfect for any occasion with friends and is a great after dinner drink paired with fresh strawberries or other fruits. - Quality Liquor Store
My review: Delicious wine. Very sweet and very smooth. It was light bubbly. In fact, my favorite bottle of pink moscato. The aroma is floral and it didn't taste like much alcohol at all. It doesn't punch you in the mouth at all. It tasted like juice but not fruity at all. I didn't have food with it at all but if i did, I would pair it with a dessert. 10/10 would try it again.
