* Winery Review: A light-gold hue in color, the 2016 Acrobat Pinot Gris shines through with bright, crisp flavors. Rose petal elements on the nose highlight balanced citrus components of lemon and grapefruit. Following the nose are fl avors of fresh lime, lemon zest, and green apple. * My Review: This was a strong and dry wine but I weirdly liked it. I could taste a hint of citrus in it that somewhat made it bitter. I didn't have it with food but if I did, it would probably be with something bready because it was very strong. It was kind of overpriced but I think it's because of the alcohol content.
